Invigor Medical, a leading e-store in the US, specializes in selling a variety of health-related products, including anti-aging and sexual health pills, as well as supplements for weight management and an active lifestyle. Initially launched with a basic setup using WordPress and WooCommerce, Invigor Medical faced limitations in scalability and functionality that hindered their expansion plans.

Project Scale and Team Composition
The project began with a core team of two full-stack developers, one QA specialist, and a project manager. As the project expanded, a DevOps engineer was added to the team, enhancing our development capabilities. Moving forward, we are focusing on significant updates to the patient’s dashboard and a comprehensive rebuild of the admin panel. These enhancements are planned to further streamline operations and improve user experience, ensuring Invigor Medical continues to lead in healthcare e-commerce innovation
